Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Terms
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, shipped, or entered into production.
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided
Please contact customer support before returning any item. Return instructions must be followed.
Customers are responsible for one total shipping fee (including original and return shipping where applicable).
No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refund approval will be notified via email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within several business days.
